Tra[i]ns
Written in response to the EHRC and Supreme court rulings surrounding Trans Rights, Tra[I]ns combines a collection of field recordings of European metro services with TV and Radio clippings from UK news outlets following the ruling. Clippings from both pro and anti-trans campaigners are selected by the performer as the spatialised transport weaves together this exploration of identity, rights, and how others with to change our right to exist in society.
Listen to the Background
We rely on white goods to wash our clothes, heat our homes, and keep the milk cold. But do we understand how? In this interactive multichannel sound art installation, explore the movements, motions, and components of everyday objects through touch, sound, and play. Don’t tune out the hum; “Listen to the background”.

Standing;Waves
Standing;Waves. is an interactive sound art exhibition that explores the interaction of the human body and the physical properties of sound. A pair of microphones is placed in the centre of a quadrophonic ring forming two self-regulating feedback loops. As the audience moves and interrupts these loops, resonating frequencies change leading to a structural progression driven by human interaction.
